How long does my order take to ship?

Shipping times are estimates and may vary. I am not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, or incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

Return & Exchanges

Due to my handmade, one of a kind pieces, all sales are final. I Do not accept returns under any circumstances.

Custom Orders

* Deposit Requirement: All custom orders require a non-refundable deposit to cover the cost of materials needed to create your unique piece. The deposit amount will be clearly stated at the time of your order.

* Deposit Application: This deposit will be applied toward the final balance of your custom order.

* Payment in Full Required: The remaining balance for your custom piece must be paid in full before work commences.

* Order Commencement: Production of your custom order will not begin until full payment has been received.

Turn Around Time

Turnaround Time: Custom pieces vary in complexity, and therefore, turnaround times can vary. Please allow approximately 8 weeks for the completion of your custom order. This timeframe is an estimate and could be shorter or longer depending on the specifics of your project. We will keep you updated on the progress of your order.
